On November 1, 2016, the “Weaving Streets" work was inaugurated. The exhibition remained open until February 2017.
In 2016 Rumié was selected with one month scholarship at The Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Residency Program, with 14 highly accomplished academics, practitioners and artists four weeks of residence at the Bellagio Center on Lake Como, Italy.
The Rockefeller Foundation, in partnership with ideas42, offered a unique experience for engagement around the theme of human behavior* in the context of social good, resilience and inclusive economy, to benefit poor and vulnerable people around the world.

WOMEN TOGETHER AWARD
On April 25, 2017, Ruby Rumié received the Women Together award at the United Nations headquarters in New York. This award is an acknowledgment for her anthropological and social artistic work that she has developed during her career.
